Walk for Mental Health

SFL’s walking challenge is back. 10,000 steps a day to a happier and healthier you. Keep track and to help motivate you donate $1 for every 1,000 steps short you are for the day. Pick up tracking sheets at the main office. Get ready for the 5k on May 31st.
