May 15th. Simple Lunch! $5 Come join us for a Mental Health Break! We will be discussing Emotional Eating, Reducing Anxiety and Managing Stress. Choose either 12pm-1pm or 1pm-2pm, whichever serves your scheudle best! We will be presenting on the benefits of journaling, getting beyond negative self talk, foods that aid with mental health, movements that reduce anxiety and the benefits of meditation.
