Esterbrook
Located about 30 miles south of Douglas, the mountain community of Esterbrook is a scenery seeker’s paradise. Laramie Peak and the 
surrounding mountain range serve as the backdrop for the mountain meadows.
Esterbrook is a great area for fishing, hiking, camping and other outdoor activities. In the fall, the mountains surrounding the community are a popular destination for hunters of elk, deer, big horn sheep and black bear. Maps are available at the Forest Service office in Douglas.
