Camp Douglas

Camp Douglas was an internment camp for prisoners of war during World War II. The officers’ hall is the last remaining building from the camp and is open for visitors after a multi-year closure. Large murals, painted by Italian POWs, cover the walls of the building that is listed on the National Historic Register. The Wyoming Pioneer Museum manages the site.

Camp Douglas Officers Club State Historic Site is on Facebook
